Two Stage Construction is a Design/Build firm that recognizes the need for Project Scheduling and Management of all aspects of the project from Concept to Completion. Our trades are experienced and qualified.

Concept and Detailed Design

We work with our clients to take their design ideas and produce beautiful, functional designs with 3D layouts that help in visualization of the final product. No detail is left to chance, especially in renovation projects where “unknowns” often increase project cost and delay the project schedule. We can’t foresee every issue but with the experience we bring to the table we know where to look for potential pitfalls.

Project Management

At TWO STAGE, we believe a well-managed project saves time and money period. Proper scheduling of onsite equipment, material deliveries and sub-contractor timing via our Project Engineering underpins the Two Stage approach.

Build

We utilize seasoned excavation and blasting firms, our own experienced carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC and flooring specialists. We believe getting licensed trades to perform the onsite work to satisfy the necessary permits is not only required but vital for a good outcome.
